Terms

Event admission

Admission is subject to event-specific ticket terms, venue rules, legal age requirements, capacity limits and security policies. Valid government-issued ID may be required.

Dress code

Events may advertise an upscale dress code. Final venue policies should be applied consistently and communicated before purchase.

Promoter commissions

Promoters earn $5 per free admission, $10 per paid admission and 10% on bottle service. Only tracked and verified eligible sales count toward commissions, and payouts are made after the event and refund window.

Refunds

Ticket refunds can be requested up to 7 days before the event date. Within 7 days of the event, all sales are final. Table reservation deposits are applied to your final table bill and are non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed. To request a refund, email Mtsproductionsevents@gmail.com.
